little holidays and lots of choices*

I have been dead for a while but I think I'm back again...
lol !
Of course we've got now a few days left for doing what we want,
so i'ts a good chance to begin to enjoy the winter!
For example, it's perfect to go to the mountains and see the snow for the first time
this year, or if you want to be more relaxed you can choose a shisha bar ( there are lots of them in Barcelona, guys! ) and have a funny afternoon with some friends in a very ethnic atmosphere.
And don't forget the lovely walks through the city, of course! The beginnings of the winter is always one of the most beautiful times here in Barcelona.
There are lots of choices!

Have a good days of short but necessary holidays! :)

ILLUSIONS*

They're so
wonderful...

Lots of people say they never change into something real,
but I have to say that this is not true.

Everything depends on the moment, and all good things in our lives,
also bads, come, when they have to come:
They return when we don't think they're going to appear again.

Sometimes we need to feel like the child we were,
because this is the only time in life we were really happy:
we lived the moment and, in seconds, we forgot what hurts.

Do you remember Christmas when you were little? Oh, it was incredible.
Leastways, I was always so delighted ... But then, when you grow up, all these kind of illusions
vanish and you get that all these stupid things that made you happy in the past are today your best memories.

Illusions... they usually last for a time that is only a second
and when you open your eyes and notice they aren't there anymore,
disappointments come back.

Therefore, we should live good moments in life without fears, we have to enjoy these short times of happiness because we'll have enough time for frustrations.

So... seize the day and seize the love !

Stop and look

I love going alone through Barcelona because it's incredible how much you are able to see if you stop and look for a while!
You can see lots of faces, that come from all over the world, which cultures are totally different. In Plaza Catalunya, where most people are focused on their things to do ( shopping, visiting the city, meeting friends... ), they forget prejudices and live together.
If you are alone in Les Rambles you can feel one of my favourite sensations:
feeling alone in the middle of hundreds of people. You notice how the world continues breathing and living while you are stopping for a moment.
Don't forget you can find happiness in the most little and unimaginable things.

BARELY RAINY DAYS

Yes, rainy days!
Maybe they're for you normal days: you take buses to go to work or school, you meet your friends, you phone someone if necessary... yes, rainy days don't change our routine at all, but
they're special for me.
The point is that they are not very common in Barcelona and that's why I like them so much. I couldn't live in a country where it rains a lot, but this is not the case here, so when it rains like today I feel different, I get intoxicated with pleasure.
I love taking my umbrella and, listening to music, alone, to have a walk. You can feel the water, that is travelling through the air from the sky to the earth, making your face and your clothes wet.
Walking alone, step by step, with the rhythm of music, you can feel the freedom. A freedom you can't perceive any other day.
The smell of the water and the cleanliness of the streets, the pure air you can breathe for very short moments... sensations you can't feel everyday!
Rainy days remind me that I've got indelible memories I get up against a wall in my mind daily.

I love these barely rainy days and now you know why.

HELLO EVERYBODY!

I'm going to introduce myself:
My name is Moonlight Shadow. I'm a twenty-year-old girl.I'm darkhaired, I've blue eyes and a tanned skin.
I like a lot of music styles and I'm very interested in travelling around the world to meet new people and get to know new cultures, what I think is very important for our owndevelopment, because if we understand the others, the others will understand us,so we couldend with lots of prejudices.
See you tomorrow at the EOI!
Bye,bye!!
